SHOW RULES
1. The Committee does not hold itself responsible for any accident to any person, animal or vehicle and exhibitors are advised to arrange appropriate cover.
2. Entry Fee to accompany entry.
3. The Committee reserves the right to cancel or alter the rotation of events as required.
4. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry and its decision is final in all disputes.
5. The Judges decision is final in all events.
6. No entry fees returned.
7. All competitors are expected to know, to understand and to follow the Rules and Regulations under which their classes are judged.
8. Any person may submit a protest. All protests shall be made in writing to the Secretary within ONE HOUR of the judging of the particular class. All protests must be accompanied by a deposit of £10 (TEN POUNDS) which amount shall be returned if the protest is substantiated, otherwise to be forfeited to the Show. This rule shall be strictly adhered to.
9. All Cups and Trophies to be returned to the Secretary by ONE MONTH prior to the Show.  (IN A CLEAN CONDITION)
10. No person other than the handler and officials to be allowed in the ring.
11. Members must wear the Official Armband and present their Membership Cards to be eligible for a Members Rosette.

12. No mucking out of trailers / horse boxes on field or yard.

13. Hard hats must be worn at ALL times when mounted.

EXHIBITOR, OWNERS & PRODUCERS

 

Exhibitors should conduct themselves at all times in an orderly, polite manner as they represent the Welsh breeds and consequently the WPCS.  Bad language is not tolerated under any circumstances whether to fellow exhibitors, owners and producers, judges, stewards or show officials.  Bad behaviour brings the society into disrepute  A courteous manner is expected at all times.  Judges should not be approached on the day of the show.

NATIONAL WELSH CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW

 

The Champion and Reserve Champion from Sections A, B, C, D and WPB will qualify for the NATIONAL SUPREME BRIGHTWELL'S STUD IN-HAND CHAMPIONSHIP at the NATIONAL WELSH IN-HAND CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW on Sunday 2nd August 2009 at Shropshire & West Midland Showground

 

Three animals will be selected for all In-Hand Championships

In the event of either the Champion or Reserve having already qualified, the qualification can be awarded to Second Reserve.

 

The committee cannot be help responsible for any clash of classes involving the same exhibit

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS TO THE SHOW GROUND:-
CHESTER/WREXHAM DIRECTION A55 signed Conwy. Leave A55 at J31 (signed Prestatyn/Caerwys) at roundabout take 3rd exit signed Prestatyn straight over next rounabout, 2nd roundabout 1st exit signed Rhuddlan. Follow this road about 7 miles to Rhuddlan. Entering Rhuddlan take 1st exit at roundabout, take 3rd exit onto A547 for 2miles over 1st crossroad (Voel coaches on your right) next crossroad (Graig Park Hotel on right) turn left into country road, follow road until you come to white railings on a crossroad turn right, follow road around left hand bend, show field in front of you.

CAERNARFON DIRECTION A55 signed Chester for approx 38miles leave A55 at J24 signposted Rhuddlan. Join A547 for approx 5miles. At large roundabout take 1st exit over flyover signed Rhyl/Prestatyn. Next roundabout take 2nd exit signed Prestatyn next roundabout take 1st exit to A547 signed Prestatyn. Stay on A547 for 2miles over 1st crossroad (Voel coaches on your right) next crossroad (Graig Park Hotel on right) turn left into country road, follow road until you come to white railings on a crossroad turn right, follow road around left hand bend, show field in front of you.
