FOR THE INTER-ASSOCIATION IN HAND CHAMPIONSHIP AT

NORTH WESTERN ASSOCIATION SUMMER SHOW ON

SUNDAY 19TH AUGUST 2007

SHOW RULES
1. The Committee does not hold itself responsible for any accident to any person, animal or vehicle and exhibitors are advised to arrange appropriate cover.
2. Entry Fee to accompany entry.
3. The Committee reserves the right to cancel or alter the rotation of events as required.
4. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry and its decision is final in all disputes.
5. The Judges decision is final in all events.
6. No entry fees returned.
7. All competitors are expected to know, to understand and to follow the Rules and Regulations under which their classes are judged.
8. Any person may submit a protest. All protests shall be made in writing to the Secretary within ONE HOUR of the judging of the particular class. All protests must be accompanied by a deposit of £10 (TEN POUNDS) which amount shall be returned if the protest is substantiated, otherwise to be forfeited to the Show. This rule shall be strictly adhered to.
9. All Cups and Trophies to be returned to the Secretary by ONE MONTH prior to the Show.
10. No person other than the handler and officials to be allowed in the ring.
11. Members must wear the Official Armband and present their Membership Cards to be eligible for a Members Rosette.

12. No mucking out of trailers / horse boxes on field or yard.

CLWYD WELSH PONY & COB ASSOCIATION WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE,  INJURY TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY.

1. Nid yw'r Pwyllgor yn dal ei hun yn gyfrifol am unrhyw ddamwain i unrhyw berson, anifail na cherbyd. Cynghorir arddangoswyr i drefnu yswiriant priodol.
2. Y tâl cystadlu i'w anfon gyda'r ffurflen gais cystadlu.
3. Mae'r Pwyllgor yn cadw'r hawl i ddileu, neu i newid trefn gweithgareddau yn ôl y gofyn.
4. Mae'r Pwyllgor yn cadw'r hawl i wrthod unrhyw gais cystadlu. Ymhob anghydfod mae unrhyw benderfyniad a wneir gan y Pwyllgor yn derfynol.
5. Bydd dyfarniad y Beirniaid ymhob cystadleuaeth yn DERFYNOL.
6. Ni fydd unrhyw ad-daliad o dâl cystadlu.
7. Mae disgwyl i gystadleuwyr WYBOD, DEALL a DILYN Rheolau a Rheoliadau'r dosbarth y bernir hwynt ynddo.
8. Mae hawl gan unrhyw berson i wrthdystio yn erbyn penderfyniad beirniad. Cyflwynir pob gwrthdystiad ar bapur i'r Ysgrifennydd o fewn UN AWR i feirniadu'r dosbarth dan sylw. Rhaid cynnwys blaendal o £10 (DEG PUNT) gyda phob gwrthdystiad. Bydd y swm yma'n cael ei ddychwelyd os profir y gwrthdystiad yn un dilys; fel arall bydd yr arian yn cael ei fforffedu ac yn eiddo i'r Sioe. Cedwir yn gaeth at y rheol yma.
9. Pob Cwpan, Tarian a Thlws i'w ddychwelyd i'r Ysgrifennydd ERBYN UN MIS cyn y Sioe.
10. Nid oes gan NEB ond y swyddogion a'r unigolion sy'n trin, yr hawl i fod yn y cylch.
11.I fod yn gymwys i dderbyn Rhosglwm Aelod, mae'n rhaid i aelodau wisgo'r Rhwymyn braich Swyddogol a chyflwyno'u Cerdiau Aelodaeth.

12. Dim glanhau bocs ceffylau / cartiau-ol yn y cae neu yn yr iard.

DIRECTIONS TO THE SHOW GROUND:-

YOUNG HANDLERS (Under 21 yrs.) - PLEASE wear YELLOW ARMBANDS
ROSETTE AWARDED IN EACH CLASS

**C.W.P.C.A. MEMBERS ROSETTES**

 will be awarded in ALL CLASSES to the highest placed member

OFFICIAL ARMBANDS TO BE WORN & MEMBERSHIP CARDS
TO BE PRESENTED IN THE RING
(NOT to be signed by the Judge)

No Person other than the HANDLER and OFFICIALS to be allowed in the Ring
The Committee reserve the right to amalgamate any class with insufficient entries
