                      activities and undertakings

·                     security vetting, investigating complaints and allegations of criminal offences

·                     statistical analysis

·                     to allow you to participate in interactive features included on our website

·                     in order to provide you with our newsletter (from time to time);

·                     analyzing your membership preferences and improving our services

·                     providing support services to you as part of our membership

 

Disclosures and exchange of information

We may disclose and exchange information with our sales partner, Ruthin Farmers’ Auction, as well as with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies for the above reasons.

Information may be held by our Officials and those of our sales partner, Ruthin Farmers’ Auction. We have security measures in place to seek to ensure that there is appropriate security for information we hold about you.

 

Sensitive personal data

You may also supply us with sensitive personal data relating to your physical or mental health, or criminal record, which is gathered for the following purposes:

·         Relevant Authorities.

We will usually only collect and record sensitive personal data with your prior consent. However, occasionally we may do so without consent where required or permitted to do so by applicable law (eg to comply with diversity reporting requirements). We may disclose your sensitive personal data to
