NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 19th March, 2026, at the Rugby Club, Cae Ddol, Ruthin, LL15 2AA. The Guest Speaker for the evening will be Miss Sue Hardy (Briarth Stud), President of the Welsh Pony & Cob Society.
The AGM will commence at 7:30pm. The evening will commence with a Presentation of the Performance and Members Awards, followed by the agenda below.
